Weekly Menu Plan: Oct 29-Nov 4th

As a dietitian, I am frequently asked what I choose to eat and feed my family. So for all you inquisitive minds, here we go!

phot and recipe from budgetbytes.blogspot.com

Monday: Tacos (typical and boring, but I make a mean guacamole!)

Tuesday: Chicken ala King with homemade biscuits. (I have my Eat for Life class on Tuesdays so it is a leftover night. The hubs will pull this from the freezer and make fresh biscuits).

Wednesday: Tuna and Noodles with fresh fruit.

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Roasted Vegetable Burritos (with more of my amazing guacamole!)

Saturday: Coconut Chicken with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce and fresh salad.

Sunday: Crockpot Bean and Ham Soup, fresh bakery bread (Rosemary and Garlic bread) and fresh fruit

I’ll keep you posted as I go through the week with how the recipes turn out and show you photos of my plate. I have 3 new recipes on the menu this week, so it could get interesting!
